I think there must be a new training "get tough" package at Greenpeace for their chuggers. Today's gang in Cheltenham were openly pursuing people who very clearly were not interested. I saw one old lady pursued down the road - there were 5 steps after I noticed and started counting.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a camera with me but I may be able to get back later!
