Monitoring the activities of those annoying Chuggers or “Charity Muggers” (they prefer to be called “Street Fundraisers”). These are the people who approach you on the street on behalf of a charity and try to persuade you to commit to a regular donation. Many find them a right nuisance! The Sunday Telegraph has written a story here. My cynical nature makes me wonder if they'd have wrriten "Charities sign up more street 'chuggers' after Sunday Telegraph investigation" if it was the case?
